A doctoral defense will take place in our Doctoral School in May. Our Literatures and Cultures in English PhD student – Kiyotaka Sueyoshi – will defend his dissertation entilted “Walt Whitman’s poetic-political experiment: Jeffersonian Whitman and Whitman’s olfactory tropes”.
